Refunds Policy

This policy applies only to paid listings.

iNow agrees to issue a full refund for the cost of your listing when both of the following conditions are satisfied:
1. you are dissatisfied with your listing in any way
2. you request cancellation of your listing within 3 days (72 hours) from the time your listing is activated (activation means your listing appears in the NewZealandLakes.com directory). At the time of activation, an email will be sent to the address you specify. iNow cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any email not received by you, for whatever reason.

If you have not requested cancellation of your account within 72 hours from the time of activation, iNow will not issue you a refund, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to the termination of the NewZealandLakes.com directory.
