2. submit updates to the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
In particular, to register, you must provide your real name, business name and email address. You agree that you are the owner of the business, email and website address which you are registering, or that you have the express permission of the owner to register that address with this service. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or iNow has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, iNow has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof).

You agree to not use the Service to:

1.upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or vilifying;
2. harm minors in any way;
3. impersonate any person or entity
4. upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party

The NewZealandLakes.com directory is organised by subject. You are able to choose 2 categories that your business fits into, but NewZealandLakes.com editors will evaluate your suggestions, visit your website (if applicable) and may decide where your listing best belongs. We do this to ensure that NewZealandLakes is organised in the best possible way. NewZealandLakes.com editors reserve the right to edit all titles and descriptions.

iNow reserves the right to modify the structure of the NewZealandLakes directory at any time and without notice to you. Such modification may include, but is not limited to, addition, removal or renaming of locations, categories and sub-categories.

Standard or Priority Listing Member Account, Password and Security - You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify iNow of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

The Free Listing Account service may be terminated at any time. This termination may apply to both existing Free Listings and new registrations. Under these circumstances, iNow will endeavour to give all businesses with Free Listings the opportunity to upgrade to one of the paid listing services.

Although iNow applies its best efforts to maintain this service, no warranty is offered and no fitness for any particular purpose is guaranteed.

All submissions become the copyright of iNow.

iNow reserves the right to refuse any submission without reason or appeal. iNow also reserves the right to withdraw a listing without notice.

Refunds Policy

This policy applies only to paid listings.

iNow agrees to issue a full refund for the cost of your listing when both of the following conditions are satisfied:
1. you are dissatisfied with your listing in any way
2. you request cancellation of your listing within 3 days (72 hours) from the time your listing is activated (activation means your listing appears in the NewZealandLakes.com directory). At the time of activation, an email will be sent to the address you specify. iNow cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any email not received by you, for whatever reason.

If you have not requested cancellation of your account within 72 hours from the time of activation, iNow will not issue you a refund, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to the termination of the NewZealandLakes.com directory.

Privacy

iNow agrees not to knowingly divulge your details to third parties, and further that your e-mail address submitted here will be used only to provide and improve upon this service. You agree that iNow is not liable for the acquisition of your address by third parties without iNow's knowledge. iNow agrees to take reasonable measures to protect your address and any other personal information.
